1 cup Self raising flour 2 tbsp Cocoa
1/2 tsp Salt 3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Milk 2 tbsp Melted butter
1 tsp Vanilla
Topping
3/4 cup Brown sugar 2 tbsp Cocoa 1 & 1/2 Boiling water
Method
- Sift flour, cocoa and salt into a mixing bowl.
- Stir in sugar.
- Stir in the milk, butter & vanilla.
- Turn mixture into a microwaveable ring dish.
- Blend topping mixture together and pour over the batter.
- Cover with paper and cook on high for 10 minutes or until the edges of the mixture are just coming away from the sides.
- Serve warm, with cream or ice cream.
