Savoury Steak

1 & 1/2 lb rump steak                                         1 tsp mustard

1 tbsp black sauce                                               1 cup water

1 tbsp tomato sauce                                           1 tbsp flour

1 tbsp vinegar                                                     1 tsp sugar

Cut up steak into thick strips.  Mix sauce, vinegar, mustard and sugar to a paste with the flour, add water and pour over steak. Cover  and bake  for 1 & 1/2 hours . 150 – 180 C .
